You may browse and place orders without creating an account. Where an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for all activities conducted under your account.

  • We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance or technical issues
  • Access may be restricted where misuse or security risks are identified

3. Products, Availability and Pricing

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general reference. Availability may change based on stock levels, and we reserve the right to update or withdraw products at any time.

  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated
  • Pricing or content errors may be corrected prior to order confirmation

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are considered confirmed only once payment authorisation has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or where abnormal ordering activity is detected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which outlines delivery coverage, handling timeframes and estimated delivery windows.

  • Delivery is available across Australia. All orders qualify for free shipping. No additional taxes or duties are required
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–18 days after dispatch
  • Orders placed before 20:00 (local Australian time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 20:00 and on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are assessed based on the order’s processing and dispatch status.

  • Orders cancelled within 36 hours of placement and not yet shipped may be cancelled directly. Orders placed more than 36 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is no longer possible, customers are advised to wait for delivery and proceed with a return request
  • Once a cancellation request is received, our support team will promptly assess the order status. For approved cancellations, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation approval. The refund is issued using the original payment method, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider

7. Returns, Refunds and No Exchange Service

We offer a return and refund service. We do not provide a direct exchange service,  this approach helps maintain accurate inventory tracking. Customers who wish to purchase a different item may return an eligible product and place a new order.

  • Return requests are submitted within 36 days from the date the product is received
  • Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after inspection approval
  • The refund is issued using the original payment method, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution
